MPI Insights returns this Summer for a special roundtable discussion focussing on the incentive market. We are delighted to welcome keynote speaker, Amy Brann; author of ‘Engaged’, ‘Make Your Brain Work’ & ‘Neuroscience for Coaches’ from Synaptic Potential, to provide an additional layer of education at the event.

Amy studied foundational neuroscience at University College London medical school before choosing to train instead as a coach. Delivering 12,000 hours of coaching and consulting to leaders means she has seen, and helped deal with, problems in every sector and many different types of organisation.

Amy has had broad cultural experiences including running sales teams in Asia, managing Coaching teams in Belize and Egypt and running culture change programmes globally. Amy’s keynote session will focus on how using neuroscience can help us motivate people more effectively and how best to structure an incentive scheme to drive the best results for businesses.

Held at The Savoy, a Fairmont-managed five-star hotel, the property is one of the most celebrated of London’s landmarks, proudly standing on the Northbank of the River Thames.

Additional discussion topics which will be covered over a three-course dinner include:-

  • With the many dramatic changes in the global political landscape in the past year, what are the impacts of safety, security and political stability for the incentive market?

  • Recognising and rewarding sales performance still remains a key objective of many incentives, but many corporates are looking towards rewarding more non-sales staff; what does this mean for budgets and group size?

  • How can destinations and DMC’s help create a bucket-list moment or unique memory for each and every person in the incentive group?

  • Planning, developing and executing incentive programme’s that include air travel are often complicated and challenging, how can you work with airline partners to book group travel?
